Cancellation Policy

Deposit fee is non-refundable and will be applied to your new appointment if rescheduling or forfeited if cancelling. For rescheduling, please notify me at least 24 hours or more prior to your appointment time to avoid forfeiture of deposit. As a courtesy, please notify me at least 24 hours or more for cancellations. Lateness of 15 minutes or more may result in the need to modify your service to omit extensions and/or nail art at original booked service cost. Lateness of 30 minutes or more will result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of deposit. In this case, a new deposit is required for rebooking. No-shows will be required to make a payment of remaining cost of previous booked service and payment of a new deposit in order to rebook with NILLIFUL. For questions, please contact info@nilliful.com.
